THE EMPRISIA FOUNDERS
PIP DUDRAH
Pip Dudrah
Pip is a senior technology consultant with over 15 years’ full project lifecycle experience, who has delivered business benefits to a wide variety of clients across many industries and technologies with a focus on CRM. 

Pip's focus is on business analysis and process optimisation which comes hand in with a detailed and practical understanding of the fundamentals of any Salesforce solution including data model, process automation capabilities, data migration and integration options. As a qualified coach, she understands that the impact that change can have on people within organisations and thus the importance that change management approaches play in successful implementations. 

An excellent communicator and facilitator, highly experienced in engaging with key stakeholders to lead and enable business change at all levels of a client’s business. Pip has led the analysis capability at multiple technology consultancies, responsible for improving and monitoring internal processes in this area balancing best practices with practical application.

GARETH ANTCLIFF
Gareth Antcliff
A forward-thinking technology and business leader, with proven success leading Salesforce CRM implementation and strategy for world leading organisations. Visionary architectural thinking combined with extensive implementation experience has made Gareth a key advisor to numerous international organisations, with over fifteen years driving both on premise and on-demand CRM solutions. 

Gareth has extensive industry, managerial, technical, and functional experience, enabling him to deliver value all levels of client’s businesses. In his previous role he held the position of Chief Technology Officer at a leading UK Salesforce implementation partner. Gareth joined the business in its infancy and established the processes, people, and technology that successfully scaled the business as well as securing key landmark sales successes. In addition, Gareth set the technical direction for the organisation and the clients it worked with, helping them to use technology to drive enterprise level organisational change and improve their effectiveness. 

In other previous roles Gareth was a key individual at two Salesforce Platinum Partners, worked for Salesforce directly as part of their professional services team, and has delivered projects in sectors including media, public sector, retail, automotive, and financial services.

DAVID CAIRNS
David Cairns
With a varied career spanning Advertising, Publishing and Tech Startup industries, David has strong underlying skills in management and client service across web technologies, software and marketing. This means he always been able to bring a unique and creative perspective to his 10 years+ of working with Salesforce, both as an end-user and as a trusted advisor to clients. 

Over the last 5 years, David has primarily been involved in not-for-profit implementations, building significant expertise of the industry. Prior to Emprisia, David has led relationship management for landmark CRM implementation projects with clients such as a world-famous hospital, a national service offering a summer scheme for teenagers and the leading blind and partially sighted charity.

Confident covering a broad remit from strategic vision to day-to-day operating priorities, David can understand business requirements and recommend solutions. As Managing Partner of Emprisia, David's role is focussed on ensuring customer success.

David is married with two young children, an accidental DIY expert and all too occasional cycling sportive entrant.

NETWORK TEAM
Beyond the Core Team, we can draw on a long-established network of trusted partners in technology consultancy and implementation. This allows us to expand as necessary to meet the needs of any given project.

The Network Team also provides for delivery of services where a particular specialism is required and not already held by the Core Team. This would typically include elements that are complimentary to the CRM itself, such as deep CMS integration.
