London, July 3, 2023: Praesto Consulting UK Ltd has completed the acquisition of Emprisia Limited, a leading UK based Salesforce implementation consultancy. The acquisition represents Praesto’s 3rd in the last 15 months, as the consulting group continues its growth trajectory and enhancement of service offerings for customers. Founded in 2017 by Pip Dudrah, Gareth Antcliff and David Cairns, Emprisia are Salesforce Implementation experts that have delivered projects for nearly 100 organisations. Their impressive roster of clients includes BAFTA, Hive, The Royal Photographic Society, as well as Fauna & Flora International. Growing its Salesforce practice has been a strategic goal for Praesto to become the leading specialist CRM/CX consultancy in the UK; as Salesforce and its ecosystem of partners are estimated to generate $1.6 trillion in new global corporate revenues by 2026. ​​​Jem Ranson, CEO, Praesto Consulting Group, said; ‘I am delighted to welcome Pip, David and Gareth and the rest of the Emprisia team into the Praesto family. The acquisition of Emprisia by Praesto Consulting UK Ltd is effective immediately. The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed. The Charity Times Awards are taking place this week and it's great to see Emprisia customers are involved! Film and TV Charity have been nominated in the 'Best Use of Technology' category. We collaborated on Film + TV Charity's entry to the awards for its 'Covid-19 Emergency Relief Fund'. The technology provided helped the Charity process and distribute much needed funds to help freelancers and individuals within the Film and TV industry who had been effected by Covid-19. Our customer Career Ready recently went live with their revamped solution. We helped the team improve their use of Salesforce, Communities and Pardot solution last month. Career Ready aim to help young individuals have the skills and knowledge when entering the world of work. We're thrilled to see them in the shortlist for the "Charity of the Year" category as well as a nomination in the 'Corporate National Partnership of the Year with a Financial Institution' category. Dogs Trust is also shortlisted in the "Campaign of the Year" category. The Charity is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity which aims to rehome and rescue dogs, whilst educating and campaigning for animal rights. The Charity has previously won awards for its political campaigns against dog smuggling. The Charity Times Awards aim to recognise the work, dedication and contribution of charities. We're super-excited for the awards ceremony on Thursday evening and can't wait to find out the results! Best of luck to all charities involved! We look forward to participating in this exciting initiative via his membership. The Partner Advisory Board is a council of Salesforce.org Partners and Staff dedicated to address and work on the biggest challenges we face in serving Nonprofit and Education organisations across EMEA. The Covid-19 Film and TV Emergency Relief Fund launches today to provide much-needed support to the many thousands of active workers and freelancers who have been hit hardest by the closure of productions across the UK. Created by The Film and TV Charity in close partnership with the BFI, the fund opens for applications supported by initial donations totaling £2.5 million from Netflix, the BFI, BBC Studios, BBC Content, WarnerMedia and several generous individuals. Alan de Sousa Caires, the charity's Director of Finance and Operations said "Emprisia’s support has been amazing and enabled us to go from idea to live system in under 3 weeks, to rapidly deliver this much needed Fund to those in the industry impacted by the Coronavirus crisis."
