As a member of the Emprisia delivery team, the Business Analyst (BA) will be working on various projects concurrently and responsible for:
Interaction with client business groups to understand business processes and key requirements, proactively working to resolve client issues
Reviewing, analysing and evaluating business systems and user needs
Documenting customer requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
Salesforce Application configuration and testing
Conduct and/or attend customer and team meetings onsite as required by business needs
Prepare and analyse data conversion requirements; identify data gaps
Perform or manage data migration activities (eg. loading data supplied by customer into Salesforce)
Lead Testing efforts including unit, system and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training for system implementations
Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts with the Project Manager
Directly and effectively train customer’s personnel in the use of the system
Clearly and effectively communicate with Emprisia team and with customers regarding status, technical issues, enhancements and creative solutions
Work alongside the Project Manager to brief other Emprisia team members on requirements and work required of them
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact customers’ experience
You would be London-based with ample opportunity for remote working and occasional requirement to travel as customer needs demand.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Ability to run requirements elicitation sessions with the client and to produce Writing User stories and corresponding acceptance criteria to document the requirements
Ability to run Business Process Mapping sessions with the client and to produce Business Process Maps as an output (As-is and To-be)
Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical reality that is extendable and maintainable
Writing and executing test scripts
Ability to communicate well with customers of varying technical abilities
Create objects, fields, workflows, security setup, other configurations and triggers, in Salesforce
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) as a minimum, Salesforce Consultant certification preferred
3+ years of working with Salesforce.com in a business environment - ideally with experience implementing Salesforce Communities and the NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud
1+ years of professional test/QA experience preferred
Knowledge of project management and delivery methodologies a must
Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
Familiarity with full project life cycle from requirements through to deployment
